On 2002, we began operations originally through Recuperación.net , a local and international data recovery service. In this process we partner with laboratories of great internationally reputation such as DriveSavers, Inc. to offer the best service of specialized recovery for clients whose storage media have suffered severe damage (immersion in water or other fluids, fire, mechanical or electronic damages and others) that cannot be treated in Costa Rica.

In October 2006, after four years of supporting our clients during business continuity events and due to the growing need for security and information protection, we acquired the franchise for Latin America of the Dutch company Backup-Connect International, in order to give our customers the best option to safeguard their digital information... safely and without complications!

Then, in 2007 we started commercializing for Central America and Panama some software to improve the operating performance of services processes, whether administrative, financial, HR related or transactional in nature. Althougth our main focus is not around commercializing software, we found these tools particularly helpful for operational improvement, with the added value of simplicity and practical use for the end user.

Finally, by 2008 we began providing consulting services in the field of operational excellence and performance improvement, leveraging the experience of more than fifteen years of our founders. Our services extend along the spectrum of operational and strategic management , covering topics such as strategic and operational planning using different models, core processes improvement on human resources, procurement and supply, analysis of transactional, administrative and financial processes, cost and workload analysis for non-transactional staff, design and implementation of shared service centers,  operational improvement in Banking and Insurance, operational excellence in hospitality and many other related areas.
