We are a company based in Costa Rica dedicated to advice on performance improvement and operational excellence in processes for service industries and backoffice areas. We provide services in the Central American region to shared services, banks and the backoffice areas (Finance, HR, Purchasing, Customer Service, IT) of companies in any line of business.
We have over 15 years of experience in Latin America and the United States supporting managerial decision-making and the "design through implementation" cycle of their improvement initiatives.
We have Certified Staff in different methodologies for improvement including Lean, Six Sigma and Hoshin, as well as extensive experience advising on different types of industries (Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Shared Services, Cooperatives, NGOs and Government Institutions).
Our staff has a combination of functional and consulting experience, teaching others how to solve problems, which guarantees a practical and results-oriented approach.
We also commercialize a select group of software to support the operational improvement efforts, with an excellent value/investment relation.

- January 20th, 2012 - Performance Boosters: In the coming weeks we will be publishing a series of specialized services under a practical and integrated approach that we have named "Performance Boosters". The concept is to supply rapid implementation, practical and integrated solutions that enable performance increase in specific áreas within a company or Organization. Some of these services can be bundled with Value Added Outsourcing Services as Financial Controlling and Expense Monitoring, KPI Management, Process Improvement Internal Capacity Development and Document Management, with service levels aligned with International Standards. SERVINFOR is now Implementation Partner for ADAPTING SL
November 21, 2011: Servinfor, S.A. has signed an agreement for the region as Business Solution Partner with the Spanish company Adapting, S.L. who specializes in image and document management, as well as process worflows. This agreement allows Servinfor to provide implementation services and integrate them with its operational excelence and performance management process consulting to bring its clients a complete "end to end' solution. February 24, 2011: we have managed to secure an agreement as a Consulting Partner with the Valencian company LITEBI, leader in the provision of business intelligence under the SaaS model ("Software as a Service"). Servinfor, S.A. will be the first company in the region to provide such services, which complement its range of Performance Management Consulting.
